Keep Fit & Dance

Time: Week 1, Tuesday; 10.00-11.30 NB Start date is JANUARY 2020

A new group combining exercise and Dance to aid flexibility and strengthen muscles. Warming up exercises (either seated or standing) followed by structured dance routines.

All exercises will be directed and simple dances will help co-ordination and memory. Cool down and gentle stretching followed by time to chat over tea and biscuits before the end.
