Meditation - Why meditate? - Well it is very good for your health and well being and can 'heal' on several levels, emotional, spiritual and mental-which in turn can help the physical-although it is not a substitute for seeing your GP.

It can help you sleep better and be at peace in this busy world. It is not complicated and you need no special equipment, just a an open mind and a willingness to have a go.

We will learn several different types/styles of mediation and will be sitting on chairs, although please feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
