T’ai Chi

This T’ai Chi form is of the Lee Family Style and we shall practice T’ai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, part of Traditional Chinese Medicine addressing breathing, posture and balance. Whether you have practiced T’ai Chi before or are an absolute beginner you will be welcome. Loose clothing and comfortable shoes are all you need.

Walking

Our walks generally take place every two weeks and last between 2 and 3 hours. Our start and end point is often a pub where we can take lunch at the end if we wish. The walk details are posted on the Walking Group page of the website, about a week ahead. No dogs are allowed on the walks.

Yoga

Yoga with Ursula is gentle. Yoga builds flexibilty and strength slowly but also teaches one how to use the breath well. As we focus on stretching and moving slowly this allows us time just to be. Why not try it? All you need is a yoga mat, a little cushion for your head and a blanket for the final relaxation.
