Our raffle raised £177 for St Margaret’s Hospice. Thank you!

Letter from St Margaret’s Hospice:

Dear Street & Glastonbury U3A,

Thank you all so much for raising an amazing £177 in aid of St. Margaret’s Hospice.

With your kindness and generosity, we are able to provide essential care and support to people facing life limiting illness and their families and carers across Somerset.

Our specialist teams currently support over 5,000 patients and their families across the county, and we are, as always, completely overwhelmed by the generous support of our donors who make it possible for our teams to spend that extra time with patients and family members. This time is what makes St Margaret’s Hospice Care so special.

We cannot thank you enough for thinking of us, as without the kindness of people such as yourself we would find it incredibly difficult to maintain our services.

On behalf of our patients, their families, our staff and volunteers; thank you once again for your continued support of St Margaret’s Hospice Care.

Yours sincerely

Samantha Mahon
